This podcast is also made possible by the movement artists who spare their time and energy to chat with us to share thoughts on life, love, learning, and flow. Without them, their experiences, and stories none of this would be possible.

Mari Hercher is a 26-year-old flow artist and doctor of physical therapy student. She is based in San Francisco but will be relocating back to her hometown of Los Angeles this spring to finish out her final rotation in school as well as dive headfirst into a new set of flow arts projects. Her first prop was rope dart, but she has since fallen in love with hooping, fans, and meteor dart. Mari has a profound appreciation for the capabilities of the human body and has a goal of facilitating healing by helping people understand their bodies through flow in its many forms.
